Derpy's temp job

while on vacation in manehattan, derpy decided it was finally time to go visit this famous muffin store she heard so much about. upon arrival she was aw struck. there's so many muffins! where should she even start? but before she could even begin to reach for one she noticed the prices... they were extravagant! beyond her budget! in desperation she asked the store clerk if there was any jobs around so she could earn enough bits to buy some muffins. so with the help of the nice clerk and the classified news ads. the only place that accepted her was a company called bad year. she never heard of this place before. before she knew what was going on they fitted her with a latex suit. it was extremely shiny and sleek. "so um... what am i supposed to do again?" she asked. "just take this pill, i'll tell you what to do afterwards" the mare leading her into a warehouse said. the warehouse was busy with engineer ponies working on what looked like blimp parts. "miss hooves i need you to take the pill!" the mare said sternly. "oh right! sorry!" derpy said. she took the pill without a second thought. "now, you'll feel a slight tingling sensation and pressure." "pressure? what do you-" she was cut off by a loud hissing noise. she looked around to see where it was coming from. she couldnt find the source until she looked down. her belly was distending at an alarming rate! by the time she could react her hooves left the ground. her massive belly was steadily pushing her higher and higher! then her neck and legs started to bulge and it was getting harder to move them. before her panic started to set in the hissing stopped. she opened her eyes. she was floating! but she wasnt flapping her wings! "now that you're all ready to go miss hooves all i need you to do is float around the city. have fun while you're at it" said the mare as the roof to the warehouse opened up. derpy floated up into the air. she was still astonished at the fact that she was floating... after a few hours of floating around manehattan, derpy was having the time of her life! "this is the greatest job ever!" she exclaimed. the sights, the sounds, and the sweet sweet thoughts of the muffins she'll be able to buy filled derpy's mind. ponies down below and above either waved, stared, took pictures of bad years greatest ad pony. looks this'll be a good year for bad year.

(so made this last night cuz i couldnt go to sleep so sorry if its bad. i'd like to go back and change some things but i cant also first person to get the pictures reference earns 50 kudos from me! and some cookies too!)
